European-style desert wine.  Locally grown.  The 2008 Vintage is 77% Symphony, 17% Muscat Ottonel and 6% Viognier.   The R.S. is 8%. And in 2008 we finally were able to get a little noble rot in the vineyard on these vines.  The 2007 vintage had 80% Symphony, 15% Muscat Ottonel, and 5% Vigonier.  10% residual sugar.

This wine is perfect with pate`.

• The 2007 vintage was a silver medal winner in the 2008 Mid-Atlantic Wine Competition and award winner in the 2008 NC State Fair.
