This if the famous Italian grape of Chianti which thrives in the warmth of our Guilford County estate vineyard.  The 2005 Grove Sangiovese is an award-winning big super-Tuscan style wine blended with 9% Cabernet Sauvignon.  Aged for 22 months in French oak barrels.

Medal winner in the 2007 NC State Fair Wine Competion.  Pairs very well with rack of lamb, sausages and steaks.
