This classic French grape was fermented in stainless, producing a sophisticated, classic white wine with hints of citrus and apricot.  The 2007 Grove Viognier won a silver medal at the NC Wine Competition, tying with Biltmore's BE Chateau Reserve for the best Viognier in the state.
