Grape vine cuttings are perfect for grilling and smoking.  These are not chunks or cubes, but actual vines.  Hand pruned, air dried, pre-cut to approximately pencil size to fit any grill or smoker.  Cuttings are taken from our own vinifera grape vines.  Perfect for beef, pork, lamb, paninis, game and fish.

Will add a tart, fruity richness to your meal.  Grape vines are known to go well with virtually any meat. Start sparingly when first using as grape vines can overpower meats. Additional subtle flavors can be obtained by soaking cuttings in wine, beer, tea or water prior to smoking.  Each package is approximately 2 lbs.
