Combine excellent locally crafted wine and cheeses with a drive in the country, a stroll in our estate vineyards and wine on the patio overlooking Lake Cabernet. Ticket entitles one person to 4 unique, premium locally-made cheeses paired with 4 two oz. selected wine tastings.:
- Fromage Blanc with Roasted Red Peppers w/2006 Traminette
- Fromage Blanc with Pineapple with 2006 Stainless Chardonnay
- Mozzarella with 2007 Sangiovese
- Aged Cheddar with 2008 Tempranillo
This year we'll be featuring grass feed cow's milk cheeses from the award-winning Calico Farmstead. Advanced cost is just $10 and can be used anytime on the Father's Day weekend, June 19th or 20th. Just show your internet receipt. The tasting is $12.50 if purchased at the winery. Bring the whole family. Number of tastings may be limited, so order in advance to reserve your cheese.
