Having Your Special Event at Grove Winery
For events from 10 to 224 people, have your special event on our patio overlooking Lake Cabernet nestled among the vines at Grove Winery. Our farm makes a great setting for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, team building, rehearsal dinners, reunions, or any other type of party. Choose from patio, winery, lakeside, or vineyard locations for your event.

Grove can also arrange for private tastings for 12-50 people with light hors d'oeuvres for $9.75 or heavier hors d'oeuvres for $19.50. We can also arrange for catered private dinners and group box lunches. Grove Wines can be served at your event on a cash bar, free bar, tasting, left on table or poured per course. Other outside alcohol can only be served by a caterer who must have the required permit.

Pricing
$200 Deposit or Cleaning Fee - returned if you do your own breakdown and cleanup
$145 plus $35 per hour Facility Rental Charge (Facility Rental Charge includes five round permanent tables and 20 chairs)

Chairs: $2 each (50 available)
Tables: $9 each - 72”x30” folding style (18 available)
10’x10’ Canopy: $65 each - includes setup (2 available)
18’x27’ Canopy: $150 each - includes setup, will sit up to 56 for dinner (2 available)

Notes:
1) Facility rental charge includes access to three compartment sink, commercial dishwasher, refrigerator, utilities and restroom facilities.
2) All outdoor music must terminate by 10pm.
3) To reserve a date & time, the $200 deposit is required. 50% of the Deposit will be returned for any cancellations more than 90 days before event. The Facility Rental Charge and payment for any rental items are due 30 days before the event.
4) Events of more than 224 people are possible with addition of additional restroom facilities and valet parking.
