Our 2007 Ensemble is our premium Bordeaux Blend from the excellent 2007 vintage.  We make Ensemble only in the best years.

 38% Cab Sauv, 37% Cab Franc, Merlot 24%, Malbec 1%. Aged more than 12 months in 100% French Oak. Only 70 cases produce. 99% estate grown, 100% locally grown.  Bottled on 11/17/2008. 13.3% Alc.

The 2007 Ensemble took medals in both the 2009 NC State Wine Competition and the 2009 Mid-Atlantic wine Competition.
