The bike ride where wining is allowed.
Join us on May 31st, 2008 for the Gears & Cheers bike ride. Routes of 40 and 25 miles are available. The ride starts at Grove Winery and features historic Chinqua Penn Plantation on the 40 mile route. Online registration fee in $35 until 5/21 through ActiveZach. Onsite registration is $40 and starts at 8:00am. Registration fee includes:
- Ride
- Support
- Box Lunch
- Glass of wine or other beverage
- Event glass
Ride benefits National MS Society. We'll also be featuring live music from 12:30pm-3:30pm. Participants and non-participants are all encouraged to join us on the patio for music and celebration. Check-in begins at 8 am and ride starts at 9 am. Questions should be directed to 919-787-7706. Grove Winery encourages responsible cycling. Please don’t ride or drive while under the influence of alcohol. Helmets and waiver of liability are required the day of the event. Registration fees are non-refundable. In case of inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel for safety reasons, but winery will be open and lunches, beverages and event glass will still be distributed.
