Our Eno River White comes from Jim Ward's award winning Eno River Vineyards in northern Durham County. This special field blend is made of 12 white grapes including: Vidal blanc, Traminette, Golden Muscat, Villard Blanc, Taminga, Blanc du Bois, Melody, Symphony, Chardonnay, Petit Manseng and Rkatsiteli. Harvested in late August.  Aged in stainless.  The 2006 version of the ERW was finished dry.  Production was about 60 cases.  This nicely balanced, crisp wine is excellent with high butter-fat cheeses and rich deserts.
